About Dave
Dave is a licensed Associate Broker, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Accredited Seller’s Representative, Certified Residential Specialist and is E-Pro Certified, which keeps him on the leading edge of residential real estate for both buyers and sellers. Due to Dave’s expertise in the industry, Dave became the Assistant Manager at Windermere Real Estate, East, Inc’s Issaquah office in February, 2005. In addition to his current success with Windermere Real Estate, Dave excelled as a Century 21 agent for 13 years. In 1995, he was inducted into Century 21’s prestigious national Hall of Fame and in 1997 became the #2 Century 21 Agent in the Northwest.
